What we do
Hospitality businesses bring in Unit 5 when something isn't working: a system that never got properly embedded, a team that stopped using the tech, a guest experience that doesn't match the vision.
The approach is simple: work out what's actually going on, then fix it. That might mean a full system implementation, a commercial strategy review, or cleaning up years of messy data so it can finally tell you something useful.
Clients come back because the advice is straight, their business is treated with discretion, and the job is seen through to the end.

Who we are
Under-used technology costs hospitality businesses more than most realise. It stalls growth, pulls teams away from guests, and buries the data that could help you reconnect with members and guests.
I spent 20 years in hospitality operations, across front and back of house, team leadership, sales and strategy in hotels, restaurants and private members clubs in the UK and US, before moving into SaaS leadership. In both worlds I kept seeing the same gap: the right technology, poorly implemented and under-adopted.
I founded Unit 5 to close it. I work with operators, investors and platforms to translate hospitality operations into technical mechanisms, so that software and service work as one. That might be pre-opening strategy, a system implementation or migration, or getting more from the tools you already own. I work embedded alongside your team, every step of the way.
