Who we are

With over twenty five years of experience in hospitality operations and four years in SaaS leadership, Tuba Gursoy brings deep sector knowledge in revenue growth, operational strategy and system implementation. Her career spans private members clubs, hotels and mixed use spaces across the UK, US and Middle East, where she is known for her calm, discreet manner and clear commercial judgement.

As the Founder of Unit 5, Tuba partners with hospitality brands, investors and technology platforms to unlock growth and improve operational outcomes. She has supported industry leading names including Maison Estelle, Home House Collective, The Groucho Club, The Gleneagles Townhouse, The Four Seasons Hotel, Mandala Club, Casa Cipriani, The Ivy Club and Zero Bond. Trusted for her clarity, loyalty and grounded advice, she works across pre and post opening strategy, business reviews and digital transformation.
